Hello everyone!

Link to your work (C R I N G E B O Y Z): https://www.youtube.com/user/AnimeSurge12Tell us a little bit about your editing: Not really that special, I just do whatever. Sadly, I haven't really done it much lately due to some BS and that motivation was dying down since like half a year ago. Though I hope that will be re-initiated somewhere down the road. Hope I'm able to be more creative while doing it as well since I'm not really that creative.., because that matters a lot to me.
Favourite editing genre/style: Anything other than obnoxiously annoying effects whoring/shitty filters.
Favourite music artists: Simple Plan, Red, Celldweller, The Glitch Mob (been starting to grow on me recently), Within Temptation, FM Pilots, Innerpartysystem, Coldplay, Halou, Eminem.
Favourite books: (Barely read unless I have to, so here's the ones I actually liked/remember) - The Rule of Four, The Cardturner, Holes, Hoot.
Favourite video games: Postal 2, Half-Life series, Mirror's Edge, Sonic the Hedgehog, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, Metroid Prime, Super Smash Bros.
Favourite anime: Evangelion (because why the hell would it not be), Steins;Gate, Death Note, Gurren Lagann, Saikano, Baccano, Kara no Kyoukai, Ponyo, eh yeah, haha.
Favourite manga: Haven't really read much, the only one I completed was FLCL. I've left Durarara, Her Majesty's Dog, D-Gray Man, and Fullmetal Alchemist unfinished, whoopsie daisy.

Additional comments:This is my
dumb, not special at all story of how and what I edited to back then, because why not 8D
I remember I randomly started watching some fan made music videos back in like 2008/2009, It wasn't that great, just some amateur music videos containing Pokemon, Sonic, Super Smash Bros game, and Kirby. I remember the first thing I thought of being "wow, this is so cool, you take these scenes and put it with this music". Then (being the silly kid I was), I would open one tab of a certain scene from a game or show playing with another tab open with some song playing and I enjoyed doing that too much, haha.
I never actually started editing for real until 2012, so I was 13 years old at this point. However, it wasn't anime in the beginning. It was me editing to the Sonic the Hedgehog video games cutscenes and its anime, Sonic X (SO AMAZING, AMIRITE?). Man, I could go on and on about the one particular Sonic editing community I was involved with (because now I make fun of it) but I'll make it sure and sweet: Effects whoring, over-syncing (putting an effect or transition for EVERY SINGLE BEAT in a song), bad filters, you get the idea. That was how the Sonic editing community went about their videos, and I've (regretfully) taken that path when I started. Good thing that didn't really last long, I started to find out about AMVnews, Org, and Akross at the near end of 2012, and I was so amazed at the quality content on there, that was when I stopped the old style to something more cleaner, realizing how dumb I was.
Oh, and I love Nutella. That is all.

Sorry if this post was too damn long, but I never exactly made an introduction post like this, so first time for everything I guess.
